Intendente Regional de Valparaíso between 2010 and 2014, with the presidency of the Environmental Assessment Commission, the Regional Development Agency and the Regional Logistics Council and the Resolutive Council of the Superintendency of Gambling Casinos and the Argentine Binational Integration Committee of Chile.
Currently, along with managing director of CBLS Ambiental SA, he is Judge Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of Valparaíso, Legal Director of the University of Playa Ancha, counsel counsel and director of companies in the region.
Among the awards received are, among others, the Medal of Merit 2012, the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Valparaiso, the Asiva Award 2013, the Association of Companies of the Region of Valparaíso and the Centennial Medal of the School of Law of the University Of Valparaíso.

High specialization in issues of project management, energy efficiency, quality management, occupational safety and health, elaboration and processing of Environmental Impact Studies and Declarations, diagnosis and audits of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems.
Ex-SEREMI of Energy of the regions of Valparaíso, Metropolitana de Santiago and Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins (2010-2014) and former member of the Environmental Assessment Commissions.
Lawyer and Magister in Management and Tax Administration with Diploma in Administrative Law PUCV. He has served as SEREMI of the Environment and coordinator in the evaluation of projects for regions, Environmental Assessment Service (SEA), Executive Directorate. He was a regional lawyer of the former CONAMA and has worked as an associate lawyer in different universities in the region. He has been professor of different courses of magister and undergraduate in environmental matters in different universities and extensive experience in evaluation, monitoring and control of environmental projects, administrative and judicial defenses in the environmental field.

Chemical Civil Engineer and Environmental Engineer UTFSM, Magister in Chemical Engineering UTFSM and researcher of the same university.
She has co-authored several papers in the areas of biological treatment of wastewater, anaerobic digestion and biogas. He has led various consultancies in energy and port companies, in environmental issues and occupational safety.
